The APEX XT Fit CPAP machine is one of the smallest and lightest CPAP machines available. Weighing in at just 1.7 pounds with approximate dimensions of 5.7" x 5.1" x 3.9" the APEX XT Fit CPAP machine fits just about anywhere and is an excellent choice for traveling.

The APEX XT Fit is available in a configuration which includes a heated humidifier. Click here to view the APEX XT Fit with Heated Humidifier.

For years we sold the APEX XT Fit under the brand name Zzz-PAP. The Zzz-PAP was always manufactured by APEX, but it was sold through a private label distributor here in the US. For most of 2013, APEX was involved in litigation with ResMed, and for several months APEX was prohibited from exporting their CPAP machines to the US. Beginning November 27, 2013, APEX machines were back stock and ready to ship to end users. We worked with APEX to ensure we were one of the first US dealers to receive the new machines in November 2013. The APEX XT Fit machine has been our most popular machine since then.

The functionality and the specs of the APEX XT Fit are the same as those of the Zzz-PAP. The machines are virtually identical with only a couple of minor cosmetic differences. The new machine is gray, the control panel features the APEX logo, and the button shape on the control panel is more squareish.

The universal power supply works with voltage ranges from 100V to 240V, so the APEX XT Fit can work anywhere in the world without the need for a voltage converter. Also, the power supply is built-in to the machine. This means there's no bulky external power "brick" to haul around. Traveling overseas? No problem. Just use a plug adapter to fit the plug into the wall outlet at your destination, and your APEX XT Fit will work just like it does at home.

Even though the APEX XT Fit is a road warrior and is well-suited for travel, it's built for everyday use. That means 8 hours per night, 365 days a year. It's a robust and reliable CPAP and it comes with a manufacturer 2-year warranty.

Includes machine with power cord, filter, tubing, carrying case, and manual with provider instructions for adjusting all settings including the pressure.

The APEX XT Fit can be used with any CPAP mask, which is true of all CPAP machines. Because CPAP tubes and CPAP masks are standardized with a 22 mm diameter connection there are no compatibility problems with any machines or masks.

Are you looking for an even smaller and lighter travel CPAP machine? If so, you should take a look at the Transcend II Ultimate Travel CPAP Machine.

APEX XT Fit CPAP Machine September 15, 2014

What a great travel sized CPAP. Used to lose a third of my carry on space to full sized unit. And it isn't just a travel, stripped down machine. I could easily use it in place of my Respronics full size on a daily basis.

Too Noisy, Large and Cumbersome September 5, 2014
Reviewer: No More Sleep Problems from BC
I bought this machine as a travel backup but it is too noisy for the price, as I had to use ear plugs so that I couldn't hear it. When you include the humidifier the combination is more bulky and larger than the PR System One with humidifier that  I currently use, which is so quiet I can't hear it in the night. For an extra $200 or more you are better off with a PR System One.

The wizard 210 that came with it hurts the bridge of the nose as there is not enough support cushion. Whoever designed it couldn't have had sleep apnea and didn't know what it is like to have a mask on all night that hurts. I had to go back to the Blue mask for comfort.

I write this review because it matters, I wasted money on this purchase and should have bought a duplicate PR System One!

Great service! August 23, 2014
Reviewer: Garland Roberts from Rogers, AR United States
Talked to Drew after finding this company on the internet. He answered my questions and guided me to the travel CPAP that I needed. Received the item in just a couple of days. Really nice appearance... Love the bag it came with. Perfect for our week long trip in several hotels. It is a little work horse and I slept well the whole time. Thanks Drew!!!.
