ResMed’s lightweight AirFit™ P10 nasal pillows mask delivers high-level performance, comfort and reliability, along with providing advanced air diffusion that is barely audible, significantly reducing disturbance for you and your bed partner.

It’s 50% quieter(1) and around 50% lighter(2) than the popular Swift™ FX mask, and a recent clinical study found that patients received 40 minutes more sleep per night using AirFit™ P10 compared to Swift™ FX(4).

You can fit the QuickFit™ elastic headgear in less than 30 seconds(3), and with just three parts, it’s simple to use and maintain. In short, AirFit™ P10 is the quieter fit for sleep.

  • Supports patient acceptance thanks to ease of use, lighter weight and greater comfort.
  • QuickFit™ auto-adjusting headgear can be fitted in 30 seconds or less.
  • Simple sizing and color-coded pillows make fitting easier, encouraging patient compliance.
  • QuietAir™ woven-mesh vent makes this ResMed’s quietest mask at just 21.4 dBA.
  • Minimal design and light weight (1.6 oz) deliver a high level of comfort and facial freedom.
  • Just three parts — frame, cushion and headgear — make it easy to assemble and take apart for cleaning.

If you've liked the ResMed Swift FX or other Swift nasal pillows masks in the past, you'll love the AirFit P10. The fit and feel of the nasal pillows is essentially the same, with ResMed's unique dual-wall nasal pillow cushions. One primary difference between the older Swift FX and the AirFit P10 is the headgear strap. On the Swift FX, the headgear strap is made of silicone rubber, and the Swift FX includes nylon soft wraps which can be used to cover the silicone strap. The AirFit P10 features a more traditional fabric/nylon headgear strap.

The AirFit P10 is available in a standard version - which is the version listed on this page - and a "for her" version for women which can be viewed by clicking here.

The standard version featured on this page includes small, medium and large pillow cushions. The "for her" version includes extra small, small and medium cushions.

Major Dislike January 30, 2015
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from USA
I only tried this mask for part of one night, so my experience is limited. This mask is super comfortable....for about 15 minutes. I really don't like the feeling of having an air hose stuck in my nose. Nose insert were soooo uncomfortable for me.  I HAD to try this type of mask. Lesson learned. To be fair, I'll keep trying it to see if I can get used to it.  If my opinion changes,  I will repost.

The reviews were correct.  Most comfortable gear I have ever used.  Went from a full face to these pillows in 1 night without incident.

Comfotable January 9, 2015
Reviewer: Bob Lockhart from Danville, CA United States
I have used the Swift FX for several years now and thought it was the best I could get.  It would still occasionally come off or wake me although not often.  I purchased the P10 on a recommendation and have found that it is superior in comfort and in staying put.  I highly recommend this mask for those that prefer a pillow mask since the head gear are just the straps and hose.

The nasal pillow is very similar in nature to the FX without the associated area of skin contact.

Overall more than worth the purchase price to replace the FX.

claustrophobic October 13, 2014
Reviewer: Randall Block from Fort Mohave, AZ United States
I seem to have developed a bit of claustrophobia when it comes to cpap masks ... I personally start to freak out feel closed in ....but not with the p10 nasal pillows mask , and why do they call it a mask, its not a mask at all, its a pilow under your nose, much less confining in my opinion. I personall love it!

Great Mask! (for a while!)) September 6, 2014
Reviewer: Carol Slagle from Sun City Center, FL United States
This mask is so lightweight! I was surprised  that given that the headgear is not adjustable, that it actually fits better and is more comfortable than my old adjustable one....how it holds up over time is another question that only time will tell. For now, I am very happy with this mask!  UPDATE! I have used this mask for a number of months now...I find that I have been extra tired and couldn't figure out why since I never go a night without my cpap. I decided to go back to my previous mask for a while to see if this new one was the problem. I find that since I have used the old mask I am no longer tired during the day, so I must surmise that the new mask is slipping during the night though it is always in place in the morning. I have stopped using this new one completely and will not go back to it. It is a very comfortable mask but it is not worth being so exhausted all the time!
