Velcro is itchy if in the wrong spot and I had to change my pillow case from flannel to cotton, the strap works as published, keeps my big mouth shut while I sleep, thank God!

The hook and loop wears out in a couple of months. For the price -- it does not last.

hook and loop doesn't hold

The back hook and loop doesn't hold. The loop side is missing and the manufacturer hopes the material holds instead. Not satisfied. Will order something else next time.
A little combersome but works well
