1. Purchase any ResMed machine and ResMed mask together.
2. Go to ResMed's rebate website and print your rebate form.
3. Mail the rebate form and your CPAP-Supply.com receipt to the address listed on the rebate form.

ResMed is also offering a $20 rebate for their Mirage SoftGel nasal mask. If you don't purchase a ResMed machine, but you purchase just the ResMed Mirage SoftGel you can apply for the $20 rebate at ResMed's SoftGel rebate website.

When you print your ResMed rebate form you'll notice that an expiration date will appear letting you know how long you have to submit the rebate form. When I printed a rebate form on the morning of August 17, 2010, the rebate form indicated an expiration of February 17, 2011, some six months away. You must submit your rebate form within sixty days of the date on your receipt, and the receipt must be dated after 6/15/2010. We haven't heard how long the rebate offer will last. It's important to note that these rebates are processed by the manufacturer. Dealers like CPAP-Supply.com cannot process or honor the rebates or provide an equivalent discount on ResMed products. ResMed will handle all rebate reimbursements directly.
