Description More Information

The innovative Breeze® SleepGear® CPAP Interface sets new standards in patient comfort. Unlike traditional headgear and masks, there are no complicated or confining straps to contend with. The integrated one-piece design floats over the face and contours the head. Multiple adjustments and size options offer patients a true custom fit. Patients can use the Breeze SleepGear interface with either Nasal Pillows or the DreamSeal® Mask. Nasal Pillows are available in seven sizes. The DreamSeal Mask, which floats comfortably over the nose, comes in three sizes: Standard, Large and Shallow.

New Design Enhancements!
Puritan Bennett recently enhanced the Breeze SleepGear interface with new design features that make it more comfortable, durable and convenient.

Durability: The hose guide for the Nasal Pillows assembly has an improved design and features a stronger material to ensure greater longevity.

Fit: A new clip has been added to the Nasal Pillows assembly to give patients greater flexibility in positioning the halo straps for a secure fit.

Comfort: The cradle pad has thicker padding to increase comfort for a good night’s sleep.

Convenience: A cuff has been added to the swivel adapter to help keep it in place.

Features
  • Multiple adjustments and size options make it easy to get just the right fit.

I agree, comfortable but flimsy May 21, 2009
Reviewer: Fred Daniels from Trinity, FL United States
I have used several masks and nasal interfaces and this one is the best for me, but I do have 2 issues with it.  First, I agree with the the others that it is flimsy, and I also keep a spare.  The part that breaks on mine is the plastic piece that connects the plenum to the headgear.  I think they could reinforce it or make it from metal very easily.  It is only available with the plenum, at $59.00!!!  My other complaint is the exhaust port blows air onto my wife if I face her.  That could be routed differently.

Most comfortable mask December 17, 2008
Reviewer: David Hall from Mesquite, TX United States
I've been a CPAP patient for 20 years. Tried 'em all. This is the only one I like. Durability is problem, though. I keep an extra around, 'cause I never know when it'll break.

nasal pillow mask July 26, 2008
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from daly city, CA United States
i would love this mask even more if the nasal pillows would stay put. i move a lot at night and it blow a lot making noise. plus my partner can't sleep because the air blows on him. i have to purchase item every few months because the clips are make cheaply. i would try others, but the cost to try another one that does work at all for me, is more costly. so i just stick to this one. in my head when i can't sleep, i try to image making one that would fit me.

Great mask, but not if you have sensitive nostrils July 26, 2008
Reviewer: Steve Georgiades from Yorba Linda, CA United States
When I first got this mask, it was like a dream!  Lightweight, easy to use and inobtrusive.  Unfortunately, after a few month, I started to get a sore on my right nostril.  I tried adjusting the mask and headgear, but was unable to eliminate this problem.  Despite this being an amazingly comfortable mask, I had to switch back to my standard mask, as I couldn't tolerate the extremely painful sore on my nostril.  I don't think the mask is to blame, I just have an extremely sensitive nostril.  I still highly recommend this mask to anyone without sensitivity issues.  (I suspect I would have the same problem with ANY mask that directly touches the nostril)
