I have been using these wipes for the past three years and have found them to be very effective.  I used to suffere from sinus infections twice a year until I started using these wipes on a daily basis to clean my cpap mask.  Since using them I have had 0 sinus infections and noticed I do not get sick as much either.  Definitely recommend using these unless you want to soak your mask on a daily basis.
