Note Regarding Defective / Contaminated Mask Wipes Shipped from mid-December 2011 to January 5, 2012.
The manufacturer of the mask wipes featured on this page has acknowledged that they had a quality control issue with a batch of wipes recently, with affected wipes shipping to us in December 2011. The result of the problem is that some customers have received mask wipes contaminated with mold and/or mildew inside the mask container. The problem is obvious, with visible mold and/or mildew inside the container and on the mask wipes themselves.The manufacturer has taken full responsibility for the problem and is supporting dealers like us in replacing defective mask wipes with good ones. The manufacturer was able to isolate the problem to a certain batch number, and we've discarded all affected wipes from our inventory as of January 6, 2012.

Not all mask wipes we've shipped in this time frame have been from the contaminated batch. Your mask wipes may not be contaminated, even if we shipped them to you between mid-December 2011 and January 5, 2012. Please check your wipes to see if they show any visible signs of contamination.

If you believe you've received contaminated mask wipes shipped before January 6, 2012, please notify us of your concern and we'll replace your mask wipes free of charge. Since we've been able to identify and discard all containers of wipes associated with this problem, we're confident that mask wipes shipped on or after January 6, 2012 will not be contaminated. Of course, if you find any problems with mask wipes shipped after January 6, we would like you to notify us.

the wipes inside were covered with mildew.  I can't do mildew at all... threw them out

This product had the shrink wrap around the top, but obviously something wasn't sealed.  It was disgusting

I just today opened one of the two containers of wiped that I ordered and received, order #69989.  The container was factory sealed and intact. The wipes inside the plastic container were spotted with gray and black mildew and were not usable.  If necessary I can send the package back to you in the original shipping carton.  Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the receipt of such a product and hesitant to order further items from your stock in the future.  I await your response and any instructions.

This problem came from the manufacturer, and we have notified the manufacturer of the problem. This is the first time we've heard of this issue. We have sent this customer a new container of wipes.]

I use these rather than wash mask whicks is wet when I use it. The wiped mask dry quickly- saop and water means I have to take apart to dry.
