Not for side sleepers! |

I tried this mask and it was a disaster. If you sleep on your sides, the pressure of your face on the pillow will dislodge the cheek pads and break the seal. The cheek pads were also uncomfortable when lying against them. If you sleep on your back, this one may be the ticket but if not, fuggeddiboudit.

After 5 year trying different masks, I finally found this one. it is NOT aggressive to my nose and i almost don't feel it when I sleep.
