New Improvements over Everest 1 and 2

  • Lighter
  • Quieter with new air bearing motor
  • More efficient - The same Everest battery now powers the heated humidifier as well as machine, for all-night use with a humidifier
The Everest 3 builds upon the fantastic designs of the original Everest and the Everest 2, and now offers a higher degree of reliability along with the compliance data recording capabilities of the Everest 2. With the optional DataRest compliance system, CPAP users, clinicians or physicians can easily analyze compliance data. Clinicians and physicians can also prescribe a new pressure setting via the data card.

All previous AEIOMed components - the heated humidifier, the integrated battery, the mobile power adapter - are compatible with the Everest 3. However, the water chamber for the Everest 3 is not compatible with earlier humidifier versions.

Enjoy freedom and flexibility with the integrated Everest system in place of conventional, component separated CPAP systems. Now it’s easier than ever to travel—even go camping— with CPAP.

With the optional integrated, rechargeable battery, there’s no need to worry about the location of the closest power outlet or the fear of an inadvertent power outage. The unique Everest battery will keep the system functional for hours without household current.

The Everest battery can power the Everest 3 CPAP machine for up to 11 hours on a pressure of 10. You get more than a full night of sleep before needing a recharge. You can still use the Everest humidifier while using the battery, but you should use it with the heat turned off to conserve battery power.

The optional integrated heated humidifier option rounds out the Everest CPAP system. Clinical research has shown that CPAP patients tend to be more compliant with the addition of heated humidity. The Everest heated humidifier provides just enough water for one night’s use, and the reservoir is simple to fill and clean.

Overwhelmingly satisfied! October 21, 2010
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Ohio
I bought my Everest 3 in June, 2010, to use as a backup in case of a power outage or when traveling. I used it the first night just to try it out, and was so impressed I decided to retire my old machine and just use this one full-time. It is so quiet my wife can hardly tell it's on. I notice I can hear my own breathing, which I didn't with my old machine, but that doesn't bother me. I wish it were easier to fill the humidifier, but I can live with that since the unit is so satisfactory in every other way.

Great Value June 2, 2010
Reviewer: Brian P from ON Canada
I bought this unit because I was concerned my S8 elite would get 'lost' or damaged when I travel. In Ontario, we pay double for CPAP, but this package cost me less than what I paid *after* insurance, so I didn't have high expectations. Nonetheless, I was blown away. The machine seems quieter than the Elite, and the mask is comfortable, and less prone to leaks than my regular one. Because of the power supply, and the humidifier its a bit bigger than I expected, but it fits perfect in my carry on. There are only a few minor drawbacks for the Everest relative to the Elite. If I could talk to the designer, I'd suggest using a socket or something for the outlet for the humidifier to make filling the humidifier a bit easier. All this being said I'm nitpicking, which shows how satisfied I am with the package and the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPAP-supply or the Everest 3 as a primary or 'travel' unit.
