Okay, I'm a "Newbie" so I honestly can not comment on any other nasal mask. I've had this for about 5 months now and all I can say is it is COMFY! Also, the glide feature is really helpful. I'm a side-sleeper and any time I turn over I have to wonder with other masks how it would adjust versus losing the seal. This one simply glides into position and leaves the mask snug around my mug! :) I'm a little disappointed in the quality - I hear of other masks lasting a year. This one already has a split...and I DO try to take good care of it.
