The adjustment kit for the AEIOMed Headrest enables you add Velcro material to the existing headgear strap in order to fine tune adjustment of the strap. The kit includes three pieces of double-sided Velcro, inlcuding 2 narrow pieces for the top strap adjustment, and one wider piece for the back strap adjustment. The length of each piece is approximately 1 7/8". The width of the narrow pieces is approximately 1/2", while the width of the back strap piece is approximately 1". The kit also includes a card with rather vague instructions, as follows:
- Attach one side of the double sided Velcro to the outside of the Velcro strap you with to adjust.
- Loop the strap through the buckle.
- Put Headband on.
- Pull strap until comfortable and press Velcro layers together.
- Trim excess Velcro strap if desired.
The primary purpose of this headgear adjustment kit is to be able to shorten or lengthen the headgear straps so that the size range is increased giving the potential for a more optimal fit. |
