This one product serves as a nasal interface, an oral interface, and a combination of the two. The Hybrid is a dual airway interface for use with positive pressure ventilation devices for the treatment of respiratory insufficiencies and obstructive sleep apnea. The unique design of the Hybrid promotes patient comfort by eliminating pressure points on the forehead and across the bridge of the nose. A built-in chin flap gently supports the chin ensuring optimal performance. Great Concept - Poor Execution May 16, 2013

The available size combinations and seal of the mask leave a lot to be desired. The nasal pillows are comfortable but the break seal very easily because the mask is locked to the bottom of the chin. The mask is not beard friendly and always feels like it is leaking even though my beard is trimmed to a week's stubble.The straps do not quick release and you have to adjust the mask every time you put it on. When it is final comfortable and the seal is complete something as natural as a yawn throws it off completely. I wasted my money on this mask and am now searching for a better solution. Too bad the price on the FX is so high!

Wish the headgear came in smaller sizes, even with the ajustable straps it's sometimes hard to get a good fit.  Been this way with all headgear I have had.

You will always have minor leaks in the nose area when you move too much. Thats expected. I like this a lot better then the other hybrid I own.Not only is it half the price,but I really needed the chin grip.I use face lotion every night and the other mask kept sliding up under my lip! This solved the problem.

A tremendous waste of money. The head straps make you feel like you have a bucket on your head. I have a sense that this thing was over-engineered. It flat doesn't work. Very uncomfortable. The whole mouth configuration setup is very strange and hard to get used to. I have tried a number of different styles of masks and I must say this was the worst and a waste of $117.00
