Great mask, but has a huge drawback |

This mask is extremely comfortable. BUT, is has a whistle thru the vent holes that keeps both myself and spouce from sleeping uninterrupted-I have yet to be able to wear it an entire night. I use a humidifier on low temp and after moisture builds within the mask, the whistling starts. Sometimes wiping the vent holes will temporary stop it, just till you get to sleep again. I will not be buying this mask again, unless something is done to stop the whistle.

Thrilled with the Activa LT |

I've been successfully using the regular Activa mask for about five years now, so was a little apprehensive about trying this newer version. However, I've been extremely impressed with this updated version. I find it more comfortable and less bulky than the regular Activa, and it actually seals better on my face. It feels much lighter and less obstructive.
I don't miss the quick disconnect extension of the Activa, which I found just added mass and did not swivel smoothly (I myself never used the disconnect feature because I just take the whole mask off when I get up in the middle of the night). It will be nice to have one less piece and a little less weight to carry along on trips away from home.
This mask is really as quiet as everyone says -- much quieter than the Activa. Moreover, the elbow where the hose connects to the mask swivels very smoothly and lightly unlike the previous version which is good for somebody like me who flips and turns all night.
The different clips took me a few nights to become accustomed to, but I'm okay with them now.
Overall I'm thrilled with the Activa LT and have no plans to return to the regular Activa.

Nasal Pillow? |

I have had problems with every mask cutting into the scar tissue under my nose from surgery done eights years ago. This is the first mask that did not. Unfortunately the new shape has much less height opening for the nose and left me with a blister on the bridge of my nose. I like that the nasal pillow swapped out with the old activa model. Now I need to wait to Nov. 1st when a new soft gel pillow is available. Why four stars? It is the quietest mask to date.

This a an uncomfortable and poorly made mask. The fit is clastrophobic, the head straps are of poor quality. One of the locking tabs to hold the forehead piece broke almost as soon as i started to use the mask. I switched to the Mirage Swift II. That is a great mask.
