I agree totally with Carole from Livonia. The pillows do not fit well in a northern European shaped nose.

Took awhile to get the new mask adjusted but it works great now. Had to go to a large nasal plug to get the right air flow.

Lots of pillow choices, but none fit! |

This mask is noisier than most and blows a strong, wheezy gust of air from the small air vents on the front, which is annoying to the wearer and any potential bed partner--even pets! Although there are four silicone pillows provided that are supposed to fit all sizes of noses, not one of them fit my nose properly. The pillows are widely angled and their small air holes further flattened as they compressed against with my already narrow nostrils, leading to noisy, labored breathing. The pillows can be tilted back or straight up, but the air holes can't be angled. Plus, the pillows easily dislodge when turning in bed, making a loud, whistling racket. The chin strap is supposed to stabilize the mask, but if you tighten it so it won't fall off, it just jams the pillows up against the nose. This mask might be good for someone with a larger, flat nose and large nostrils, but it wasn't for me.

This mask is to fit you face with a light touch. It's not like others that you stap on tight and get sores. If you are getting sore spots...loosen it! My only complaint is it only lasts about a year before loosing is elasticity that holds it in place without crushing you. Quiet and no leakes if pillow is replaced every 4 months Chuck

t is ok, but shifts during the night and puts pressure on the area just below my nose, so that I wake up with a pain there part way thru the night.
