This product is only the SmartCard Reader. EncoreViewer 1.0 is required to download and analyze data from the SmartCard. The picture shows driver software for the reader. This driver software is no longer shipped with the readers since the drivers are included with the EncoreViewer 1.0 software.
System Requirements for EncoreViewer 1.0
- Windows-compatible PC with Pentium III or later processor running Windows XP Home SP2 or Windows Vista Home
- 256 MB system memory
- 50 MB free hard disk space for Encore Pro Application
- Color monitor with 16 bit color, 800 x 600 resolution (minimum, but not limited to)
- Windows-compatible pointing device (mouse)
- Windows-supported USB port or PCMCIA slot
- UL 1950. IEC 60950, or EN60950 approved computer
EncoreViewer 1.0 software is a valuable tool for use by CPAP users using Respironics sleep therapy devices to view compliance and therapy information. This SmartCard reader is required - along with the EncoreViewer 1.0 software to - transfer SmartCard data from your Encore SmartCard to your computer.
You will need to purchase this SmartCard reader in order to download your CPAP usage data into the software for analysis. The SmartCard reader is available with either a USB connection as a PCMCIA card reader.
This is the USB version of the SmartCard reader.
