I tend to move during the night and unless I jamb the pillows up my nose (very uncomfortable) simply keeps leaking and waking me up. also, my nose is very sore by morning. Just not for me ... I'll try a nose mask now.

OK for first nasal pillows |

I decided with my doctor to try nasal pillows after years of using the Mirage masks, which I really like. This is OK. The pillows are soft, pliable, pretty tolerable. The materials for the headgear doesn't hold together that well, and it's really hard to keep the thing form slipping all over my head through the night. It would be great if it had more stable headgear.

I purchased the OptiLife nasal pillow about a month ago.. first time for the nasal pillows... and i must say i'm loving it. My other mask that fit over my nose was crushing in my face and i would wake up with swollen eyes and a headache.. Not fun. The OptiLife Nasal Pillow Mask has been awesome.. i will buy it agian and i would recomend it to anyone using a Mask.

Andy G. If the mask only points down you have it backwards. you need to get someone to show you the proper way to put it together. If your crushing the hose, you need one that goes over your head. I have tried a dozen masks over about 10 years and have had this one for over 6 months and it is just what i have been looking for. Excellent for the way I roll around at night. My main complaint before was waking up with a stiff neck cause i would have to stay in one position when I used my mask. So I would only use it about 3 times a week. I use this every night and am finally feeling better.

Poor design and material |

The mask only points down. There is no swival. So, as you turn in your sleep the main hose tangles and you wake up.
Also, since the mask points down, this mask is not comfortable for belly sleepers
Poor design. The soft hose coming out of the bottom of the mask is easily crushed and non replaceble, so you have to buy the whole mask again!
