I have been using the sleepeasy for over 2 years now. I have no complaints. I have to replace the water chamber because I am getting some scale buildup and vinegar does not clean it out enough. Yes I use bottled water not distilled. I use an over the nose mask. I think my machine runs at 13lbs. I used to use the ramp up feature. Now I just turn it on. If you are new to a cpap like i was the ramp up option makes getting used to the pressure nice. I expect I used that feature for about 3-4 months. Heated humidifer is nice. I generally kepp it on setting 1 or leave the heat off. I always use water because it keeps me from dryng out. BTW: The counter is not a 1:1 indicator of hours used. I expect that is where the other reviewer came up with 40,000. Cheers.

Respironics SleepEasy |

Note this isn't the first time Respironics has had a machine called SleepEasy.
The new SleepEasy is nice because it's compact and simple. The water chamber slides in and out easily and is easy to clean. The water chamber also features a flapper valve, to help prevent water from spilling back into the CPAP device.
The SleepEasy has every feature that a basic CPAP machine generally has - ramp, on-screen compliance data, manual altitude adjustment and so forth.
One thing to note about the SleepEasy CPAP machine is that it is the only CPAP machine we sell that does not include a carrying case. The box in which it comes has a handle on it, so you could keep the box as a carrying case. However, for all practical purposes you'll probably want to move this device around in a soft-sided nylon case.
Feel free to call us at 888-955-2727 if you'd like more detailed information about the SleepEasy, or any of our other CPAP machines or masks.

How about a real review from someone using this machine, Of the two available reviews, one has used this newer machine for 40,000 hours (I guess he sleeps a lot) and the other reveiwer "sure would like to have one" and so he gives it five stars. Anybody have a little more to say about this unit?
