I had a ResMed Escape before this one and it was so quite that I didn't know it was beside me. I got this thing and it keeps me awake at night (still does a year later)! I even put it in a box with a hole cut out in the back to try to keep the noise down...even that didn't work! I HATE THIS THING!!! But now I can't get another for at least 4 years because my insurance won't pay for another one and I sure can't pay for it myself! Will never get another Respironics!!

ReMstar M series w/humid For the most part, the unit works fine. It seems to have one of the best EPR and is effortless to use. I have had my unit go into high pressure a few times, but unplugging it and letting sit usually clears that problem. I have heard that this unit has more failures than most, but I've had mine over a year and so far so good.
