Addendum to "Miserable" July 21, 2010
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Mississippi
I forgot to mention that there is only a friction fit between the nose piece and the tubing and between the tubing and the large hose.  The tubing pulls off in the middle of the night and all the air shoots out everywhere except into your nose.  The tubing is impossible to clean.

Miserable July 21, 2010
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Mississippi
I've never tried any other kind of mask, but I really dislike this one.  The noise of the air rushing through the tubes (which rest beside your ears) is quite loud.  The tubes are so firm they can cause sore places on my face and head.  It takes forever to get the nose piece situated just right in my nostrils; then as soon as I lie down, the nose piece shifts and leaks, squirting cold air into my face and making a lot of noise.  In the morning, I can't get this thing off fast enough!  In fact, I often wake up and find that I've taken it off in my sleep.  This may be better than the enormous, bulky mask-styles, but I'm still miserable every night.  The best thing I can say is that this beats having a stroke.

Didn't work for me. April 6, 2010
Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Lakehills TX
I have been trying to find the "right" nasal mask for me so thought I'd give this one a try.  I wish I hadn't!  I thought it would be like the tubing in the hospitals. - (

The cannula hose/tubing was too thick to fit comfortably behind my ears.  It actually gave me a headache and pinched my ears.  I struggled to keep it on & still be able to sleep, since a tight fit is essential to minimize loss of pressure  & avoid the noise of an air leak.

I love it. August 9, 2009
Reviewer: Greg Clarke from Charlotte, NC United States
I've used this device for at least 5 years.  I got tired of masks and the over-the-top devices hurt my nose.  I can even sleep on my side and go to sleep with my iPod and headphones.  My only complaint is that the hoses get hard as a rock.

Nasal Aire II May 30, 2008
Reviewer: Paul from San Diego area
I'm a light sleeper due to chronic pain, and need an interface that does not interfere with my ability to move into different positions in bed.  The Nasal Aire II allows me to sleep on my back, stomach or side without serious interference.  It took me only a few nights to get used to having the cannula section pressed into my nostrils.  A tight fit is essential to minimize loss of pressure in the system and to avoid the noise of an air leak.
