I have had a previous Remstar Auto unit that this unit replaced. It is much nicer with the integrated heated humidifier and it works wonderfully. It is also much quieter than the older unit as well. Only downside to the unit is the super bright blue LED lights for the buttons that don't turn off and cannot be set to disabled. I have to use a dark pillowcase to keep the lights from bother my wife. But that is the only downside I have seen to date.
One other really nice feature is the way I can look at the AHI (Apnea Hypoxia Index) as well as monthly and weekly details regarding usage, leaks, and the like. Even with the unit being under my out-of-network deductible, I would do the same purchase again and completely out of pocket, the unit is that good!

This is a great CPAP machine. I've been using it for a week or so now, and I have no complaints at all. The machine is very small and quiet, and it doesn't take up too much room next to the bed. Now that the Encore Viewer software is available I'll be getting that so that I can monitor my results. All in all, I'm very pleased with this machine and would highly recommend the Respironics REMstar Auto M Series.
