Have problems using a CPAP? This is the machine for U. You can set it so you don't even know it is working. No back pressure when U exhale, auto adjust pressure so you don't fill up like a balloon. The Lincon Town Car of CPAPs. I bought this for a trip to China as it was the only one United Airlines allowed on the aircraft. I also use it camping and my portable battery pack lasts more than double the time my old CPAP would run. My jump-start will power this machine for almost 3 full nights! What a joy! Once U use this U will never use anything else!
1 year later - I LOVE this machine. Honestly I do not use many of its features but it nice to have them. I don't ramp up pressure. I set it at 12 and let it adjust as needed while I sleep. It is very quiet and durable. The plug cord removes. This has stopped the cord from breaking at the bend like my old machine (I carry it around a lot!). I have used it all over the world with no problems. It may not be the smallest but it is the best!

1. I hate the slow start (starts at low pressure). Sometimes I feel like I can't get enough air.
2. As a religious Jew, I need a machine with a programmable timer, or one with a mechanical on/off switch. I'm not allowed to turn on the machine on our Sabbath, so I can't use this machine. I have another, older machine with a mechanical switch that I turn on Friday afternoon and leave running through the whole Sabbath. (I tried using it with a lamp timer, but I only needed to mess up once by setting it incorrectly . . .)
3. Other than that, I guess it's okay. I'm still tired all the time, but that's not necessarily the machine's fault.
