Assembly Instructions

1. Unhook the tabs on the four straps. Thread the four tabs through the top and side slots in the mask. Fasten the tabs onto the straps for the largest size possible.
2. Hold the CPAP mask in place, pressing comfortably against your face, and slide the headstrap over your head.
3. Connect the exhalation port and tubing. Turn the Respironics BiPAP or CPAP machine on.
4. Lie down and breathe normally through your nose, keeping your lips closed. Unhook the straps and then gradually tighten themuntil the mask has minimal leaks and fits comfortably. Adjust the top straps first, making sure that they are above your ears. Adjust the neck straps and make sure the SimpleStrap securely fits the back of your head. Readjust the strap tension if leaks occur as your position changes.
5. Optional: if desired, you can attach the enclosed Quick Clip for even easier removal of the SimpleStrap. Follow the directions included with the Quick Clip for easy assembly.
