The TrueBlue gel nasal mask with Auto Seal is designed to deliver a higher degree of comfort, stability, and freedom of movement with minimal adjustments.

Headgear has inlaid adjustable straps that converge into a single back panel with a crown strap for added stability.

Premium blue gel works together with the thin, form-fitting outer silicone membrane to create an effective, self-adjusting seal. Not only does the TrueBlue's blue gel provide extra stability, it is thinner and lighter than ever before.

Freeform spring gives you the ability to move in any direction. The soft silicone spring helps you to get a better night's sleep by limiting disturbances to the seal.

Intuitive forehead pad is designed expressly for the TrueBlue CPAP mask and is enhanced with a remarkably soft premium blue gel.

Angled exhalation micro ports make operation quieter and they redirect air away from a bed partner.

Talon quick-release headgear clips are included with the TrueBlue CPAP mask, making it easy for you to remove the mask and "lock in" the same fit, night after night.

Sizing information
The sizing of the TrueBlue corresponds to sizing for the ComfortGel and ComfortGel Blue nasal masks. In addition to the petite, small, medium and large sizes, the TrueBlue offers a medium wide size. The medium wide is good for people who are between a medium and a large in the ComfortGel or ComfortGel Blue. The ComfortGel nasal mask sizing chart is listed below, with corresponding TrueBlue part numbers.

Don't know which size to order? Use our mask sizing guide below to help you decide which size is best for you. To use the guide you'll need to take the following two measurements:

  1. Measure straight down from the middle of your pupil to the bottom of your nose. It may help to imagine a horizontal line extended from your nose to beneath your eye, so that you can measure straight down from your pupil.
  2. Measure the width of your nose at its widest point

You should purchase the CPAP mask that most closely matches the measurements you take, being sure to make sure that the CPAP mask dimensions are no smaller than the measurements you took. It's better to have a slightly large CPAP mask than one that is too small.

Very Disappointed October 25, 2012

I was looking forward to using this mask. The reviews were very positive. After receiving the mask I wonder if they were reviewing the same product?  The seal is good. That is the only positive. The mask is bulky and uncomfortable.  The angled exhalation micro port allows the air to escape so I did not have the effect using the CPAP is all about...breathing through the night.  I really wish I could get a refund or exchange. Buying this mask was throwing away money.

True Blue mask review October 17, 2012

I've used the Comfort Gel for many years, but decided to try the True Blue this time.  The new mask cushion is much smaller than the older style - the sizing is still the same, but the cushion is much thinner and lighter.  The accordion style method of holding the cushion in place works very well, and does help keep a good seal when sleeping on my side.

The new gel cushions on the forehead pad are nice, but if you have the mask fitting so tight that they are really necessary, then you should probably loosen the mask anyway.

The only drawback that I've seen is with the headgear.  This model has an extra strap that goes over the top of the head.  That extra strap doesn't seem to add much to the fit, but it does add to the problem of the straps getting tangled up when trying to put the mask on in the dark.

Overall - I like it better than the Comfort Gel.  I'd give it one more star if the straps were just a little bit easier to work with.
