This machine works great except when I first turned it on I could not see the whole numbers to set the ramp time. I have to tip it to see the numbers to set the ramp time I feel like I should not have to tip it to set the ramp time.

the pressure setting is not correct. [CPAP-Supply.com Note: we set the pressure on machines if we know the prescribed pressure. The Zzz-PAP owner's manual includes instructions on setting the pressure, so it's easy to adjust if necessary.]

The cpap machine arrived in 5 days, great shipping network. Also to correct the pressure setting, I was able to call the help line and was able to get the info needed on resetting the pressure. Great service!

Plastic smell/odor

I had a good purchase experience with CPAP-SUPPLY when I bought my Zzz-PAP and will be back as I need supplies or equipment. When I fired up the new Zzz-PAP I noticed a strong plastic smell, so strong that I could not use the machine. Washing the filter and hose did not fix the problem. Neither did a new hose. I found several reports online and tried some of the remedies listed. No luck. A couple weeks later I was in Pelham, AL on business. I stopped by a CPAP shop in the area to see if they had any ideas on how to get rid of the plastic smell. They suggested a "bulb filter". It is labeled as an anti-bacterial filter and fits between the machine and hose. It worked. I found a similar filter on the CPAP-Supply site for $3.50 and highly recommend getting one when you buy a Zzz-PAP machine. The new Zzz-PAP has been traveling with me for about 2 weeks and I am enjoying the lighter load. Special thanks to the staff at Neighborhood CPAP for recommending the filter.
