I liked these better before ResMed bought them. They seemed to last longer. Still, they are a significant aid in achieving a tight seal with my mask. I could never adjust my Mirage Quattro close enough to my face and my Quattro Air leaked at the bridge of my nose. These pads solve both problems. With regular cleaning each one will last for a couple of weeks to a month. Sadly, Medicare counts them the same as a replacement cushion.

I purchased the Gecko Nasal Pad recently and found it to be extremely conformable on the bridge area of my nose. My dark skin discolor caused by the extreme air pressure is now mostly gone, just after a week of using this product. I will never go without this Nasal Pad again. I would recommend anyone who uses any full face mask with high pressures not to suffer any longer. This is a grate solution!

Doesn't seem to work to well as I still have red places on bridge of my nose some mornings.If I don't have red places my mask leaks.

The Gecko does not adhere to your face, so it's nearly impossible to get your mask on while keeping the Gecko in place.  I would not recommend this product.
