Universal and compatible with all CPAP machines. The HME can be used with any CPAP machine to allow for a lightweight and portable humidity option when traveling. The HME weighs less than one ounce! The HME is NOT single use as some people have suggested. The manufacturer recommends up to 30 nights of use before discarding. We think you can easily get 30 nights from a single HME.

Replacement Z1 Heat Moisture Exchanger module for the Z1 CPAP machine. The Z1 heat moisture exchange module is used with the Z1 machine in place of a traditional water tank humidifier, in order to provide increased humidity while minimizing the size and weight of the Z1 setup. The Z1 HME is an inline humidification unit for use primarily when traveling, but it can be used any time increased humidification is desired.

The HME module fits between any mask and tube, and captures the moisture from the air you're exhaling, keeping humidity in the mask relatively high. The HME module can be used with any CPAP machine setup, and is ideal for applications where a traditional bulky water tank humidifier isn't practical.
