All CPAP equipment is brand newEarly on in our business we realized that since our prices were so low compared to the prices at local brick-and-mortar stores, people would wonder if they're actually getting brand new equipment from us. It's a question we used to get all the time, and we still get the question occasionally today. We only sell brand new CPAP equipment with full manufacturer warranties. We do not sell used or refurbished equipment. When you order from us, you know you're getting products that are in the same condition they were in when they left the manufacturer. Note that we do re-package some items like mask kits and other items for purposes of of minimizing shipping costs.
