ResMed AirSense™ 11 offers enhanced digital health technology designed to make starting CPAP therapy easier and more convenient than ever before. It combines trusted therapy modes with enhanced digital support features designed to tailor equipment setup and therapy support to individual needs. Personal Therapy Assistant, available through the myAir™ app, guides you through equipment setup and helps you acclimate to therapy and troubleshoot common issues. Care Check-In can provide coaching and assistance based on your personal needs when you answer a few questions. It’s like having a digital extension of the healthcare team available at home.
Compatibility with ResMed's AirView cloud-based data management system enables the Air11 to automatically - and wirelessly - transmit usage and compliance data to AirView for easy data access by the patient's doctor. Setting up this functionality with AirView is quick and easy and requires an annual fee (currently $30 annually, which is about $0.08 per day). By default, Air11 machines are not setup to transfer data to AirView. If you buy an Air11 machine from CPAP-Supply.com and wish to enable the AirView data transmission, you simply need to call us at 1-888-955-2727 and we'll get you setup in a matter of minutes.

About the HumidAir heated humidifier:

Great transition from AirSense 10 and great price
Drew was very knowledgeable and helpful on questions and CPAP Supply was most competitive in price than other providers. I was considering another Airsense 10 but glad went with the 11. The power supply is considerably lighter and the unit itself is also a little lighter and smaller (will make a big difference for traveling). Nice to see data transmitted again. Did not try the water reservoir yet but appears to be simplified for cleaning yet hold the same amt of water as the 10.

Will not connect to phone app or Resmed
Worthless 1K brick. No way to view your sleep information other than duration as the device will not connect via app to your smartphone. Resmed is no help and Andrew does not answer the phone except to take new orders...

This review is not only about my purchase of this machine, but also about the character of Andrew. First, I absolutely love the new AirSense 11, and the things it can do. My doctor actually recommended this unit due to its ability to very easily give her my sleep history data. I’ve been using a CPAP since 1998, and at the time was the highest EPH (events per hour) in history (144/hr). I reached out to Drew somewhere around 2008 and placed an order for masks and filters (first order with him), it shipped quickly, but UPS left it on my porch and someone took it. I reached out to Drew to make sure that he had confirmation of delivery. He simply said he’d send another order at no cost to me. This wasn’t something that he’d caused, nor something he could’ve prevented, but he still replaced the items. I will never buy CPAP related products from anywhere else. Thank you again Drew for amazing customer support. The AirSense 11 actually seems to be giving me a better nights sleep, and the App makes it easy to look at the data from the night before. Great product!
