Note that this kit includes a 150W inverter, specifically for use with CPAP machines that don't have direct DC input jacks on them. Many CPAP machines have DC input jacks, so that you can use a 12V cord to connect the CPAP machine to the battery. Some machines - like the Zzz-PAP and the Fisher & Paykel 200 and 600 series - don't have DC input jacks. You can still use a battery with these machines. You just need an inverter, so that you can plug the inverter into the battery, and then plug the standard CPAP power cord into the inverter. Note that the inverter included in this kit can also be used as a mobile charging device, since it can be plugged into the 12V outlet in your car while the battery and AC charger included with the battery are plugged into the inverter.
