DreamStation 2 Ultra-Fine Filter - 6 Pack

Purchased what I thought was Phillips Ultra Fine Filters and received an off brand. If you voom in on the filter it picturers a Phillips filter. Andrew advised somewhere on the site it indicates whatever is available will be shipped - FALSE ADVERTISING - don't show a Phillips and send something else. Andrew was rude and unprofessional when I called to request a return of the product. Of course I can return BUT cost shipping and whatever else will be deducted from the amount of the return. You got me this time Andrew but it won't happen again. Cheaper isn't always better . . . ya get what you pay for!! Buy from Direct Home - you know exactly what you are buying. Based on Andrew's customer service handling, I'll be surprised to see this review online.

MAY BE "KNOCKOFFS" BUT THEY DO THE JOB

Item(s) shipped were generic filters, not Philips brand as shown in picture on web page.

They advertised genuine Respironics products on their website and instead sent 3rd party knock-off. It's OK to sell non-OEM equipment, but only if you advertise it at not OEM.
