Why do I always get 2 different head straps when I order this. I only use the single strap. I do not use the strap that goes across the top of the head. Please don't say the manufacturer ships them that way, that's not an answer to the question. Thank you for your consideration.

The elastic does not last but there is no other choice

I was very satisfied with product.It was exactly what I needed.

I like the F&P Pilairo fit and feel but don't like how quickly and easily the strap stretches out. The clips are not adjustable, so once stretched out the headgear is garbage. This is the 3rd strap I am using with my mask! Also, while very helpful,4! it would have been nice to know that 2 headgears came in each pack. I now have four, but given the problem of stretching out of shape, I'll probably end up using all four!

When I ordered the item it was not clear that it was on backorder. If it became on backorder after I ordered it, would have been nice to get an email. I have the item now so it is OK.
