HumidAire™ Tub Assembly Lid

HARD TO FIND PRODUCT THAT EXTENDED THE LIFE OF MY SECONDARY MACHINE. THANKS.

I received my HumidAire Tub Assembly Lid in the mail and noticed a pin from one of the lid clamps was loose in the package. Unable to put it back together, I sent an email to cpap-Supply.com and have yet to receive a response other than this request to write a review.[CPAP-Supply.com note: we have responded to the customer and have offered to replace the humidifier part under warranty. Please note that we stand behind the products we sell 100%. If you receive a bad part, we'll make it right.]

The plastic clips tend to break real easy.
