Drew suggested I try this cable since my machine was discontinued in 2009 and parts weren't available any more. He made no guarantees that it would work but the connection match perfectly and now I can run my CPAP without using an inverter.

My purchase

Andrew, the guy who helped me on the phone was very knowledgeable and helped to guide me to the right machine for my upcoming camping trip. I needed to run it off a battery pack and my current older model drained it after 3 hrs. He was really incredibly helpful in figuring out which model would work with my DC battery pack. I’ve had it for a few days now and it works just as good as my prior model. Kudos to Andrew. Excellent job!

12 v cord

The 12v cord did not match my machine. I sent an email about the problem but did not receive a reply. I need a cord with a red tip and I received a cord with a black tip.
