The Rio II includes three sizes of pillow cushions - small, medium and large. Cushion installation/replacement couldn't be simpler.

The ergonomically designed interface allows the angle of the pillows reservoir to be adjusted to a more customized, natural fit. The ball-and-socket floating elbow adapts to the movements of even the most active sleepers, allowing for an excellent seal in various sleeping positions. The included headgear strap is fully adjustable.
