fast turn around on warranty

I had a travel Z1 machine that showed an error message shortly before I was to travel out of the country. I called Drew and he initiated a warranty replacement immediately. I got the new one within 3 days! Always love the service.

Excellent service

My Cpap machine that I bought 2 y and half before got some problem. All what I needed to do iwas just one call and they took in charge ... excellent post sale maintenance..haissam

Returned a HDM Z1 for replacement

I love my Z1 and have come to depend on it. It gets a lot of use. Unusual but by Z1 failed unexpectedly. CPAP-Supply.com sent an RMA quickly and helped me return the unit for diagnosis. HDM got me a brand new machine so I am back in the zone. Really appreciate the no-hassle, businesslike approach. These guys are very busy but leave a message and they will get back to you.
