ThermoSmart Heated Tube for ICON Series

Replacement 6-foot heated CPAP tube for Fisher & Paykel ICON Series CPAP machines. This tube is not compatible with the older Fisher & Paykel SleepStyle 600 series machines, nor is it compatible with any other brand of CPAP machine that uses a standard CPAP tube. It's only compatible with the newer F&P ICON series machines.

Six feet in length, this heated CPAP tube is designed for use with the ICON Auto, ICON Premo and ICON Novo CPAP machines with integrated humidifiers. Fisher & Paykel's ThermoSmart technology helps prevent condensation or "rainout" in your CPAP tube, which means no more surprise splashes of water through your CPAP mask.

Besides striving to reduce condensation in the tube by using a heated tube with compatible CPAP machines, CPAP users can also manage condensation by minimizing low spots in the tube with the use of a hose lift, and can also use the heat setting on a heated humidifier to reduce the humidity level. Many CPAP users don't know that the heat setting on the humidifier actually is the humidity setting. The higher the heat setting, the higher the humidity. If you're getting too much water in your tube, then you can lower the heat setting to see if that helps.
