The Transcend 365 miniCPAP Auto uses Capillary Force Vaporizer (CFV) technology. The humidifier delivers moisture only when you inhale, allowing for a much smaller and lighter humidifier unit since it uses about half as much water as a standard heated humidifier. It also uses substantially less energy, so when combined with the optional P10 battery, you can power the 365 AND the humidifier anywhere!

The Transcend P10 multi night battery is a new larger capacity batter designed specifically for use with the power requirements of the Transcend 365. The 365 utilizes smart, patented power management technology which reduces power consumption.The new P10 battery will work on other Transcend models, too.

New flat-bottom design. The previous Transcend machines all had curved bottoms. This was a design element intended to allow the Transcend user to wear the machine on his or her head, with a headgear strap connected to the slots on the base of the Transcend machine. (Crazy idea, we know!) Anyway, the new Transcend 365 Auto features a flat bottom with a non-slip surface, so it has a lot of contact area with whatever surface it's on, making it much more secure and stable on the nightstand during use.The Transcend 365 incorporates a humidifier on the bottom of the flow generator. It's the only "ultra portable" travel CPAP machine with it's own humidifier unit.

Somnetics has been making CPAP machines since 2010. And before that a company called AEIOMed made an extremely popular CPAP machine called the Everest. The Everest was a small, lightweight CPAP perfectly suited to travel. With it's optional battery, the Everest was a CPAP machine that could be used absolutely anywhere. After the Everest came the Everest 2. Then the Everest 3. Then AEIOMed experienced an unfortunate event - their factory burned in a fire. After that factory fire some key people from AEIOMed formed Somnetics. They had lost all the tooling for the Everest so Somnetics set out to develop an even smaller, lighter CPAP. The result of that tragic fire, and Somnetics' subsequent endeavors, was the creation of the Transcend miniCPAP. Now 9 years after the first Transcend was released, the Transcend 365 Auto sets an even higher bar for performance, reliability and robustness in a tiny travel-friendly package.Plus the Transcend 365 has a heated humidifier, making closer to the previous Everest models from AEIOMed in terms of functionality, but all in a smaller package.
