Valve Membrane purchase
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. i product is as advertised. However, i do have a major complaint.I ordered the valve membranes on 04/29/2013 with priority shipping in 2 to 3 days. I did not hear anything from your company until I called to request why I had not received the product yet. I was told and also received an e-mail that it was shipped on 05/06/2013. Why could your company notify me of the delay rather than me having to contact your company. i understand that there are problems sometimes but I should have been told of the delay. In addition, I paid for 2 to 3 day shipping. I didn't receive the product until 05/08/2013. No apology at all!! Should i look for another company to buy my other CPAP supplies when needed?
